Bookings are secured by a non - returnable deposit.
Rent must be paid in full four weeks before the entry day, when keys are issued.
In the event of cancellation by tenants, full refunds will be given if the house is successfully re-let. Otherwise, at management's discretion.
The Management will make every effort to honour the booking. In the event that unforeseeable circumstances force cancellation, the Management will refund the rent in full and make every effort to
find suitable, alternative accommodation for guests.
The Management undertakes to provide an accurate description of the property and its facilities.
The Management reserves the right to deny access to Ivybank, in the event that misleading or incorrect information concerning the occupants and their booking information has been provided.
It is important that the stated number of occupants is not exceeded
The occupants promise to take great care of the house, its fittings and furnishings.
Breakages and damage must be brought to Management's attention and paid for
Guests should live peaceably and with consideration for neighbours.
Well - behaved pets are allowed, strictly downstairs only.
Guests may leave luggage in the house any time after 12 noon on the day of arrival, on the understanding that housekeeping may not be compkete till 4pm
Guests should vacate the property as soon as possible after 10am on departure day
